We are in Auburn, NY which is located in Central/Upstate NY and all items are shipped directly from us (we do not dropship).
We are in what is known as the Fingerlakes Region, AKA Wine Country. Yes Wine Tours are a big thing here and they are a blast ;) I wouldn't recommend them before a work day though.
HOW & WHEN DO YOU SHIP? 48 hours
We are spoiled by Amazon Prime & know how nice it is to get something quickly. Our goal is to ensure all orders are shipped out within 48 hours.
RARE occasions 72 hours (holiday weekends etc). If we can get it out sooner, we will!
If any item will take longer to get out, we will note this in the description.
All items shipped through UPS, USPS or FedEx. This depends on weight of item & your location. We want to ensure customers get the fastest & most affordable options available. This is why we use different carriers, because the weight of our items vary greatly and so do our customers locations.

Orders that qualify for FREE shipping or take advantage of our $5.99 flate rate fee will be shipped in the most economical way possible. In most cases this is USPS First Class Mail.
Depending on location, shipping takes approx 5 days. Those on the east coast may get it 1-2 days sooner & those on the west coast, 1-2 days later. COVID has kind of put everything up in the air these days with delivery time.
Please note delivery estimates are from time of shipping, not time of order. If you're in a hurry to get items quicker, you can always choose to upgrade your shipping method for an additional fee.
